Of course it will hurt.

Your pain is real and justified.

He used you. She lied to you. They ignored you.

And they’ll never know how much pain you felt.

Only you will.

while they carry on with their lives.

And you have no choice but to let go.

Hard as it may seem, it’s necessary.

Easy to say, hard to do.
