November is the month I began to learn about meditation 21 years ago. At first it was so difficult, it took me nearly 2 years to get the hang of it, and even now, I still have days of struggle, where I can’t stop the mind chatter or get myself to sit still for more than a few seconds, but from whatever I have learnt and continue to learn, meditation as a practice is so worth it. And my 2 bits for anyone starting out, don’t give up on the practice, experiment with different techniques just don’t quit.
