Meditate. Go inwards and make peace with yourself. Reconnect with your essence. Let the stream of thoughts trickle away until you’re in a space of “no-mind” No thoughts. No feelings. Just a state of being. In a space of pure potential.
The other day while speaking with my father about something we heard on social media, he remarked that a news item was fake. When I asked him how he knew, he said “the truth feels different” and he was right. We all have the capacity to discern lies from the truth, to know our own inner truth, and to experience a different freedom and lightness when we express ourselves honestly and directly. Truth has a once and for all vibe to it. Once you experience it or utter words of truth, there is no need to remember. With lies, the story changes while acts of dishonesty need to be remembered. And if that’s not bad enough more lies are usually required to covered one lie. While with the truth, there it is, in all its purity. No explanation needed.
This week go inwards and encounter your own inner truth, befriend your uniqueness and embrace your originality. Discover your own authentic voice and vocalise your thoughts, concerns and intentions. You may discover a few truths about yourself, or spot situations where you may be conning your own self. Someone’s roundabout way of talking indirectly or evasively may show a side of them you’ve never seen before. Or you discover why someone may be avoiding you for fear of being caught. Or you gain deeper respect for someone who’s sticking by their words despite the critique.
“Truth is like the sun. You can shut it out for a while, but it ain’t going away” – Elvis Presley
Do you remember what you were stressing over a year ago? Chances are you’ve forgotten and when you recall what it was, in hindsight it appears trivial and you probably wonder why so many days and nights were spent worrying needlessly. Same goes with whatever May be bothering you right now, a year from now it may be resolved, forgotten or made peace with. Time to let go.

As this flower only blooms brightest for one day, many cultures consider it to be a symbol of ephermality, reminding us to seize the moment. A symbol of the Divine feminine the red flowers are used as an offering to the Goddess Kali as well as Ganesha, the Elephant God. Considered lucky if planted in the North of a household according to Vastu Shastra, and also a sign of welcome adorned on Hawaian garlands, the Hibiscus remains and will remain not only beautiful and magical but also therapeutic.
When you want to stay confused, you will. When you keep saying “you don’t know” you never find out. But when you set out with an intent to seek clarity and truth, you always find it. This week’s cards highlight one of the basic principles behind the philosophy of the Tarot. To find meaning that is simple, that is true and relevant to the present moment. Many a times the cards won’t tell us what we’d love to hear, but instead highlight what we need to hear or know. Clarity is the moment of knowing, sometimes it appears after a period of struggle, sometimes like the voice inside us and it has a way of coming in when we want it. This week, seek clarity in your Life’s journey. Seek clarity at work, and in your relationships. Ask the questions to yourself and to others. Dig deep and do some research if you need to. The answers are all there around us and within us, we just need to want to find them.
My apologies as the last few words of Aquarius have been missed – here’s the complete version.
You may find yourself agitated by people who promise and then fail to deliver and you may be stressed by a recurring physical ailment. In spite of all obstacles, you will confront issues head-on and tackle every crisis one by one. As a card of necessary change, you may find yourself having to deal with unpleasantness for one last time before things improve. Guard yourself against envious and spiteful people. Not everyone is happy about your successes and it’s best to keep some matters totally private. Though you may be tempted to give them a taste of their own medicine, it’s best to take the high road. A short break from the daily routine is just what your soul needs, so start putting self care first.

Sometimes we have to work at moving on and letting go of a toxic relationship or memory. Sometimes it just happens for us. Call it karmic clearing. Call it release. Whatever it was it leaves behind only peace
