Healing is not restricted to physical healing alone, it transcends to the mind, the heart and the spirit. Healing involves a level of courage to walk through the pain, understand ourselves better and then freeing ourselves from whatever may be holding us back from a state of wellbeing. It’s the sigh of relief that follows a deep understanding. It’s a constant process of addressing and then releasing whatever it is that may be holding us back from living peacefully and pain-free. Inescapable, unavoidable, but a necessary part of walking the earth as souls.

In your meditation, be mindful about what part of you hurts. What is your body trying to tell you? What aspect of your life are you suppressing or denying. Look at the it squarely in the eye, and understand yourself. Be positive. Be patient with the process. The rewards are incomparable when you free yourself.
