What was your first thought of the day? The thought that is believed to set the vibe for the rest of your waking hours. And have you noticed when you wake up thinking “oh god there are so many chores to do” your day does end up feeling weary and burdened. But if we are mindful and reach for a better thought we set the tone for what is to follow. This morning I prayed for cleaner skies and better health. And was greeted by the prettiest blue sky during my walking meditation. The recent toxic haze is clearing up and the AQI is improving 😊. Here’s wishing you a day full of pure clean air and good health😊.
