Six months ago I injured a muscle while doing weights. Multiple physio therapy sessions plus a couple of trips to the chiropractor plus reiki healing and my body healed a few weeks ago. Though I continued with walks the memories of the muscle spasms held me back from restarting my attempts at weight lifting. Until this quote by Oprah reminded me it’s time to take teeny weeny steps towards regaining my upper body strength. Even if it’s 1kg for a few minutes, it’s time to restart. Thanks Oprah for the timely reminder.
